We assure you our shipping is 100% free for UK, USA, Canada, and Australia whereas for other parts of the world, free shipping charges are applicable at the purchase of $139.00 or more. However, in case of a return, the customer would have to pay the shipping charges on checkout. 

TheLeatherJackets offers a complete money-back guarantee if your package is incorrect or if you did not receive your order at all. Money-back is valid for 30 days.

Changes can be made however within 12 hours of order placement. Our website is designed in a way that as soon as we receive an order, it is automatically forwarded to the concerned department for further processing. As a result, we are unable to make changes after the order is confirmed because it must be already on the way for you.

All of our products are shipped worldwide except for few countries including Israel and France.

It usually takes 8 to 10 business days for the order to be shipped in case of any other holiday. Saturdays and Sundays are not included in it.

The jacket must be returned in the original packaging, the state of the jacket should be good as new with official tags. The exchange will be applicable only for 30 days. For USA residents, we only accept returns through USPS courier service.

Well, this happens in very rare cases and if it ever happens then we will ship another item for you free of cost if you already paid for the last one. However the courier tracking record should also reflect that the item is lost. If the tracking shows that the package was delivered to your provided address and is stolen from mailbox or the doorstep, Theleatherjackets will not be held responsible in that case.
